(b) Our website is not hosted in Australia. For that reason, we transfer all data on the website (including all personal information) to our hosting service provider in the United States. In addition, web traffic information we collect, such as data collected by Google Analytics may be stored overseas. When you provide your personal information to us, you consent to the disclosure of your information outside of Australia and acknowledge that we are not required to ensure that overseas recipients handle that personal information in compliance with Australian Privacy Law. (c) APP 13 allows you to ask us to take reasonable steps to correct any personal information that is inaccurate, out of date, incomplete, irrelevant or misleading.
